Alta’s MCP URL:

Claude

Open Claude

Go to Connectors

Go to Customize → Connectors.

Add a custom connector

Click Add custom and enter the name Alta MCP.

Add the MCP URL

Paste the URL: https://api.altahq.com/mcp

Authenticate

Click Connect and sign in with your Alta account.

Open MCP settings

Open the command palette (Cmd + Shift + P on macOS, Ctrl + Shift + P on Windows/Linux) and search for “MCP: Add Server”.

Add the server

Select HTTP as the transport type, enter Alta as the server name, and paste the URL:

https://api.altahq.com/mcp

Authenticate

Cursor will open a browser window. Sign in with your Alta account and click Allow.

Open MCP settings

Open the command palette (Cmd + Shift + P on macOS, Ctrl + Shift + P on Windows/Linux) and search for “MCP: Add Server”.

Add the server

Select HTTP as the type, enter Alta as the server name, and paste the URL:

https://api.altahq.com/mcp

Authenticate

VS Code will prompt you to sign in. Use your Alta account and click Allow.

Once connected, try asking your AI assistant:

“List my campaigns in Alta”
